DiGi Links is the layer between your customers and your team’s WhatsApp numbers: one branded link that routes, personalises and measures every chat.

Smart routing

One link, your whole team, no missed chats

Put several numbers behind one link and decide who gets each chat. Routing happens on our server in milliseconds, before WhatsApp opens.

Split by turns or by weight. Smooth round-robin spreads chats evenly; give a number a weight from 1 to 10 for a bigger share, or pick at random.
Working hours. Days and hours for each number, overnight shifts like 22:00–06:00 included, in the link’s time zone.
Country. Send visitors from chosen countries to a specific number, such as your Gulf export desk.
Traffic source. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube are detected automatically, or match your own utm_source tags and referring sites.
Fallback. In rule modes the last number catches everyone no rule matches, so no visitor hits a dead end.
Sticky routing. Off, 30 minutes or 24 hours: a returning visitor reaches the same person they spoke to.
Give a number its own pre-filled message, or switch a number off while someone is on leave.

Smart routing starts on Starter (1 link, up to 3 numbers). Pro includes 5 routed links with up to 10 numbers each; Business 50 with up to 20.

Message rotation

The message is the first thing your customer sends. Make it specific, personal and tested.

Rotate up to 5 message variants per link, each with its own weight, and see how often each one is sent.
Fill in values from the link itself: {{name|there}} uses ?name=Ravi from the URL, with a default after the bar.
{{agent}} becomes the name of the teammate the chat was routed to, and {{code}} adds a unique chat code.
Emoji, line breaks and up to 2,000 characters, with a live preview of what visitors will see.

Chat codes

WhatsApp doesn’t tell you where a chat came from. A chat code does.

Add {{code}} to a message and every click gets its own six-character reference, like K7Q2MX.
When a customer writes in, paste the code into the link’s lookup to see when they clicked, which number and message they got, and their country, device and source.
Prove which campaign, creator or QR placement actually closed the sale.

QR studio

Print it on packaging, menus, visiting cards and shop counters. Change everything behind it later.

Dot and corner styles, your colours, and your logo in the middle.
A contrast check warns you before you print a code that phones struggle to scan.
Download PNG or SVG at 512, 1024 or 2048 px. Your logo stays on your device and is never uploaded.
The code opens your short link, so new numbers, messages or routing never need a reprint.

The QR studio is included on every plan, Free too.

Analytics

Every number in your dashboard is a real person tapping your link, not a crawler building a preview.

Clicks and unique visitors per day, in your time zone, for each link and the whole workspace.
Countries, devices, operating systems, browsers, referrers and traffic sources.
Breakdowns by number and by message variant, so you can see who got which chats.
Link previews are counted separately and bots are excluded, never mixed into your clicks.
Stats for the last 7 days on Free up to 1 year on Business, with CSV export on Pro and Business. Click history is kept for as long as the link exists.

Teams and workspaces

Each workspace has its own links, numbers, analytics, team and billing. Perfect for multi-brand owners and agencies.

Owner: full control, including roles and the workspace itself.
Admin: works on links, manages the plan and billing, and can invite or remove members.
Member: creates, edits and shares links and sees analytics.
Invite teammates by email and switch between workspaces in one tap.

Team seats: 1 on Free, 1 on Starter, 2 on Pro, 5 on Business.

Link controls

Your link is yours to change, protect or switch off, and every change applies on the very next click.

Choose a memorable name for your link, or let us generate one that’s easy to read aloud.
Edit the number, message or routing whenever you like. Redirects are never cached, so changes apply straight away.
Protect a link with a password, or set an expiry date after which visitors see a polite “expired” page.
Pause a link in one tap; visitors see that it has been turned off until you switch it back on.
Tags, notes and one-click duplicates keep big link libraries tidy.
Custom domains are coming soon: 3 included on Business, so links can live on your own brand.

Privacy and speed

We built the redirect to be quick, honest and boring in the best way.

Visitor IP addresses are never stored. Unique visitors are counted with a keyed one-way hash.
WhatsApp, Facebook and other apps get a clean preview card when they fetch your link, and those fetches never count as clicks.
Uptime monitors and link checkers that only peek at a link don’t count a click or move the rotation.
Every redirect is a 302 that browsers never cache, so an old number can never get stuck on a customer’s phone.
Nothing to install: links open WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business on phones, desktop and web.
