DiGi Links is made by DIGI GROWTH IT SOLUTION L.L.C, a technology company in Dubai, for businesses that sell on WhatsApp. We make the link between your customers and your team smarter: faster to the right person, easier to measure, and yours to change any time.
Why we built it
For millions of businesses in India, WhatsApp is the shop counter. Customers tap a link in an Instagram bio, an ad or a QR code on a box of sweets, and expect a reply in minutes.
A plain chat link sends every one of those customers to a single phone. It can’t share chats across a sales team, it doesn’t know that the shop is closed on Sunday, and it can’t tell you which post brought the order. Change the number and every printed QR code is wrong.
DiGi Links started as a tool for one business with exactly that problem. One branded link now routes chats across the team, carries the right message, and shows what’s working, without an API approval, a chatbot or a big monthly bill. We turned it into a product so any business can use it.

DiGi Links is built and run by DIGI GROWTH IT SOLUTION L.L.C, a limited liability company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (trade licence no. 1515657, issued by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism). Our office is at Office 504, Ghaith Saeed Khalaf Al Ghaith Building, Al Barsha 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Most of our customers are businesses in India, which is why plans are priced in rupees as well as US dollars, and why everything from routing by working hours to the help centre is built around how Indian teams use WhatsApp.

What we care about
Privacy first
We never store visitor IP addresses and we never see your conversations: chats happen inside WhatsApp, between you and your customer. We only know that a link was clicked.
Speed is a feature
The redirect is the product. It answers in milliseconds, is never cached, and doesn’t make your customer wait for anything before the chat opens.
Fair pricing in rupees
Plans priced for Indian businesses in rupees (or US dollars), an invoice for every payment, and a free plan that stays free. No per-click fees, no surprise add-ons.
Honest numbers
Bots and link previews are filtered out, so your clicks are real people. We’d rather show you a smaller number you can trust.
What we don’t do
DiGi Links is not a WhatsApp Business API provider, an inbox or a chatbot, and we don’t send bulk messages or broadcasts. We route the click, never the conversation: we don’t read or store your chats. We do one job, links, and do it properly.
Links that are used for spam, scams or anything else in our acceptable use policy are switched off. Seen one? Report it.
